China is the most populated country in the world :

The population of China is the highest compared to any other country in the world. It has a population of about 1, 439,323,776 people.

China contributes to almost 18.59% of the total population of the world. Almost 14% of the people in the world speak Chinese.

China is the third-largest country in the entire world:

In terms of its area, China is the fourth largest country in the world. The country has an area of approximately 9,600,000 square kilometers.

It is spread so much that the temperatures in the country range from 49 Degree Celsius to -29 Degree Celsius. In spite of this big a size China has just one time Zone whereas USA which is bigger by a margin of square KMs has 4 time Zones.

It is spread 5000 Kilometers from the East China to West China Border and 5500 Kilometers from the North China to South China Border.

The color red signifies happiness in China:

In Chinese culture, the color red is quite significant. People of China use the color red in most of their festivals and celebrations. The color red symbolizes happiness, joy, great fortune, and good times.

China has the maximum number of neighboring countries:

Along with Russia, China has the maximum number of neighboring countries. The country shares its borders with 14 other countries.

The natives of China use chopsticks to use their food:

Giant terracotta warriors were found buried with Emperor Qin Shi Huang in 210 B.C. Local Chinese farmers discovered them in the year 1974. Since then, these terracotta figures serve as a great tourist attraction.

The Forbidden City is as fascinating as its name:

The Forbidden City served as the home for Chinese emperors for nearly 500 years.

In the present day, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city has several ancient Chinese buildings and architecture. The whole architecture of the town was done exclusively during the Ming Dynasty. The city acts as a symbol to showcase imperial power.

China is home to the longest river in Asia:

The longest river in Asia and the third-longest river in the world is in China.

The name of the river is the Yangtze River. It is also known as the ‘Chang Jiang.’ The name itself means ‘long river’.

When in China, be sure to see this river. The Three Gorges can be seen while taking a tour of the Yangtze River.

The largest city of China:

China has a large number of significant cities. Among them, China is the largest city in China. The city of Shanghai is also called the ‘Paris of the East’ and the ‘Queen of the Orient.’ It is among the most famous cities in the world.

The Unique Elderly Rights Law:

There is an Elderly Law in China, which signifies that it is illegal to not visit one’s parents after sixty years.

This is quite an interesting fact of China. And it also ensures that elderly people feel secure and not left out in their old age.

The Chinese celebrate New Year for almost 15days:

Chinese New Year celebrations are quite different from the festivals of the rest of the world. The Chinese New Year does not have a fixed date.

It happens somewhere between 21st January and 20th February, so it is not the same every year.

This celebration also continues to almost 15 days.

The largest group of the army in the world belongs to China:

The Chinese army is even larger than the U.S army.  They have more than 21, 80,000 officials in their army.

China has its own FB, Google, Twitter and Whatsapp alternatives:

China has banned Facebook however it has its own Social Networking Platforms like WeChat is the Whatsapp of China, Tancent is the Facebook of China, Seina Weibo is Twitter of China & Baidu is the search engine of China which happens to be the biggest search Engine in the World after Google.

And who can ignore the way Tik-Tok and Ali Baba created innovation in business and spreading all across the Globe.

China has its own culture which the world finds amusing:

21% of China’s population means 30 crore people have either Wang, Zhan or Li as their first name. That would 1 in every 5 people in China by these names.

Though there is no relation between these facts yet its interesting to know that China has World’s Largest Population & 61% of people in China live in the Urban Areas whereas India which closest to China in  population if not equal has 68% of population living in the Villages.
