If you have ever visited you Thailand, you must have come across the picture of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (former king of Thailand who ruled from 1987 till 2016) in every shop and establishment.

People of Thailand worshipped him for what he did for the country and how transformed it from a poor to a Developing country that is now powerhouse of Southeast Asia. His Chakri dynasty is now run by his son King Maha Vairalonglorn who is currently is known as the richest King at 67 years of age.

He is the tenth Monarch  styled as Rama X. He has a Net worth of $48 billion with more than 16,000 acres of land in Thailand and 40,000 rental contracts spread across the country and 17000 in the financial hub Bangkok. King Vajiralongkorn is a trained pilot who can fly F-16 and even Boeing 737-400.

The King owns the Golden Jubilee Diamond which is considered to be the largest diamond in the world.

2. Sultan Hassnal Bolkiah of Brunei : $28 billion

   

   

Sultan of Brunei has always been in the world news as the Richest King alive before King of Thailand took that place. Sultan of Brunei is known for his longest reign since 1967 till date only after Queen Elizabeth II. Brunei is small country with just 5700 sq km area situation near Malaysia

Brunei makes money from Oil and Natural Gas Exports.  Sultan has been in limelight across the globe for his largest car collection of more than 7000 cars , infact he owns a Rolls Royce coated with Gold. He stays in the World’s biggest Residential Palace called Istana Narul Iman which means The Light of Faith Palace. It is spread over 21,52,782 square feet area and was built in 1984 at cost $1.4 billion. Let’s just see whats inside the Palace:  1788 rooms, 257 bathrooms, mosque that accommodates 1500 people and a banquet hall for 5000 guests, an air-conditioned stable for 200 polo ponies, 5 swimming Pools, 110 car garages and 18 elevators to manoeuvre through these. His 7000 cars include 365 Ferraris, 275 Lamborghinis, 258 Aston Martins, 4440 Mercedes-Benz Cars, 265 Audis, 237 BMWs, 225 Jaguars, 183 Land Rovers and what not.

3. King Salman Abdulaziz Bin Saud of Saudi Arabia : $18 billion

   

The King of Saudi Arabia is of course one of the richest and among the Top 10 richesst Royals.  The reason for the Saudi Royals becoming the richest among the Uniter Arab Emirates is the discovery of Oil in 1939 and that Saudi Arabia has the maximum oil concentration below the land compared to other Middle Eastern Countries and only second to Venezuela in the entire World. The biggest wealth of Saudi King is the Oil Company Saudi Aramco which is biggest Oil Exploration Company in the World with the Market Capitalization of $1685 billion and $329.8 billion revenue clocked in the financial year 2019.  And so the actual wealth of the Saudi King and its family is estimated to be $1 trillion which no other family can match officially.

4. Emir Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabhi-UAE : $18 billion

   

Emir Khalifa Bin Zayed is the President of United Arab Emirates and from Abu Dhabhi which happens to be one of the most powerful Emirates of UAE.  He is the Chairman of Abu Dhabhi Investment Authority which is the real wealth as it manages entire UAE’s excess Oil and is worth half a trillion dollars. He is known to be very fond of buying properties abroad especially in London. He travels in his own 747 Jumbo Jet with a staff of 100 people that travel along in a 737 and owns a 590 ft Yacht which happens to be the largest Private Yacht in the World. Good thing is that this Royal King is known for his Philanthropy. We can call him a real King at heart.

5. Emir Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AL Maktoum of Dubai : $14 billion

   

   

The Prime Minister and Vice President of United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai, Emir Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AL Maktoum of Dubai is popularly known for his for starting the Emirates Airlines-4^th largest Airline in the World by Brand Value, Dubai Ports World and the Jumeirah Group. He has been the person driving the development of the famous Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Palms Island and Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. Along with properties and invaluable possessions, he has 6 wives. He owns a Yacht by the ‘Dubai’ which happens to be the 3^rd largest Yacht in the World.

6. Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg : $4 billion

   

Prince Henri is the Prince since 0ct 2000 and is the first son of Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg and his wife Princess Charlotte of Belgium.
